You may read, share and link to our pages for your own business or personal use. Please do not:

• send false information, or someone else’s details, through our forms;
• send spam or automated submissions;
• copy our content in bulk or present it as your own.

Information on the website

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice. Rules such as KRA eTIMS requirements, payroll deductions and data protection law change. Check the official source, or ask us, before you act on anything you read here. Our articles show the date they were last reviewed.

Calculators, readiness checks and prices

The ROI calculator and the eTIMS readiness check give estimates, based on what you enter and on the assumptions they state. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and they are not a quote or a promise of results.

Prices shown as “from” are starting prices. What you pay for a project is set out in a written proposal, and work starts only when we have both agreed to it.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website, including its text, graphics and the Deefrent and IntegWatch names and logos, belong to Deefrent Collective Limited or to those who license them to us. You may quote short extracts with a link to the page they come from. Anything else needs our written permission.

M-Pesa, WhatsApp, Odoo, KRA and other names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the systems we work with. Their use does not mean those owners endorse us or our services.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as KRA, the ODPC and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that arises from your use of the website or from relying on its content, including the results of its calculators and checks. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
