AI for Business Teams
Staff and managers in finance, sales, customer service, operations and HR who want to use AI tools well and safely at work. No technical background is needed.
- Applied AI
- Foundation
- 3 days, or 6 half-day sessions
- Instructor-led cohort · In-house for your team · Online, live
What you will be able to do
- Use general-purpose AI assistants to draft, summarise, analyse and plan in your own role.
- Write clear prompts, give the tool the right context, and check its answers before you rely on them.
- Decide what company and customer data may go into an AI tool under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.
- Build simple no-code automations for repetitive tasks, such as routing emails or preparing reports.
- Spot which tasks in your team are worth automating, and describe them clearly to IT or a supplier.
Practical AI for people who are not engineers
Your staff are probably using AI tools already, often without anyone telling them what works, what is allowed and what puts customer data at risk.
This course gives them a solid grounding over three days. Participants practise on tasks from their own jobs, learn to check what the tools produce, and leave knowing exactly which data stays out of them.
Data protection is part of every module
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, your organisation answers for the personal data your staff handle, including what they paste into an AI tool. The course covers the practical rules and gives you a starting draft for a team AI use policy. It is practical guidance, not legal advice.
Shorter option for one team
If you want a single half-day session for one team instead of a full course, see our in-house AI workshop.
